Renovation of the Community Center
The Kensington Community Center requires renovation to make it seismically safe and in doing so it is required that it be made ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant.
On July 27, 2017 Glass Associates made a presentation at the community center at which time they presented a review of the first phase design concepts of the community center renovation to address seismic upgrades, ADA compliance and energy efficiency.
