Subject: The KPPCSD General Manager

From: The Executive Ethics & Morals Committee

Our present situation with the KPPCSD general manager is intolerable. His sins are many. Here are a few of his egregious transgressions thus far:

He has fired the district secretary, the only person that knows how the district runs. How is our asset on the board supposed to gain access to inside information now?

He is working to hand over our police department to the dreaded El Cerrito, lock, stock and barrel. Es verdad, mi amigo!

He is intent on firing our “Ted”, the police officer who said he loves us. But first he is going to spend taxpayer’s money to harass our “Ted” and show him who is boss. Gasp!

He only works two days a week. He gets others to do his work. He probably kicks his dog. And he doesn’t even live in Kensington for heaven sake!

It’s clear as mud that he is not interested in following our directions of how to run the district. Thus it falls upon the faithful as the vanguard to alert the community to the dangers this general manager represents.

Let’s put in gear our Foundational Values and mobilize the faithful to mount a full court press to oust the general manager. Let there be no rest for the wicked;

  • Don’t hesitate to engage in “creative” writing when dealing with facts that contradict our narrative, see Meryl’s mailer about the “Voting Rights Ordinance”.
  • Remember going negative has always been effective; see the recent iCOP Hull mug shot mailer for an example.
  • Character assassination in the service of protecting our independent local private police department is no vice. Check out our posts on ND for examples.
  • Float the notion this general manager is responsible for all the district’s past and present financial problems. Repeat as needed.

Right now our squad of digital harpies is busy re-writing, twisting and ignoring facts as you are reading this post. Who said “Newspeak” is dead! Can I get an amen?

The most outrageous lies that can be invented will find believers if a person only tells them with all his might.” (Mark Twain)
